Ok, tonite lets share about cleanser. There are two that i used often and one that i just bought today.
Before start, I patut explain bout my skin condition sbb I've read so many review on products from people who was born with perfect porcelain skin. Mane aci...huhu. And I'll continue with those three products and few more that I've used before..But this is not a review, this is sorta sharing info from a product freak aka me. Haha.
My skin: Super oily with visible pores(blackheads and whiteheads) around cheek, chin, nose and forehead. Few active breakouts which occur seasonally. And acne scaring everywhere around my face due to breakout i suffered during my Pre-Mens. And yeah, sometimes i have little tiny rashes which might occur due to hot/dusty environment. Up to date, this is the best-est way i can described my skin. Haha.
Lets move on with the pencuci muka.

Cetaphil by Galderma-Gentle Skin Cleanser
| For All Skin Type -Less than RM30 for 237ml (worth trying lor) , Oily Skin Type(small bottle up to RM40++ kot) |
This is my savvy. It was too late when I realized my mistake. My skin turn to be very rough and flaking with thousand of rashes. I lost hope because me kinda happy to have b.liv to be true. It is affordable and i need gel texture to beat my oily skin. But its not the worst skin I ever had, previously(upper form) i had major acne problem on the bottom half of my face. Full with active red acne. So, this is really not a big matter. I calmed myself and come with conclusion- the time for dermatologists product has eventually arrived (suspen tak?).. Enough of dumping chemicals on my face, i need a pharmacist's suggestion. Luckily, my mom and me shares a same problem. I remember she bought Cetaphil (oily skin product) before, I went to Watson and grabbed for Cetaphil and chose "For All Skin Types" instead of for oily cause i want as less chemical as possible to repair my whole skin structure first. Obviously, it have two types (oily and all skin), again soap-free cleanser, fragrance free and non comedogenic (x menyumbatkan liang roma kot). Awesome product with water as base ingredient and seriously it's cheap(compares with the performance!). For first timer, especially to those who have so many skin problems, it'll work real slow. It takes time to repair and neutralize your skin but the time pays! I feel the improvement, it removes all the rashes and tone my skin quite evenly. Even the texture is more creamy than b.liv but it takes control my oil production too. It can be used to cleanse a baby skin(shows how delicate it is kan..) and you can use it with or without water. It means, if awk malas sgt nk basuh muka, sapu je la cleanser ni pastu lap dengan towel. Easy Breezy. I've been using it for 4 months now baru satu botol ni nak habis. Ianya sungguh menjimatkan!Haha. And I scrubbed my face 2-3 times weekly with my precious b.liv. My skin looks pretty stable now. And for those who suffer uneven, flaking, moderate breakouts and rashes skin. U definitely need to try this. As for those who nk go to more natural product, u can choose this as well. Saya suka sgt2.
Purifying Neem Face Wash by Himalaya Herbals
| Less than RM26 with a fee gift. |
Not much i can describe about it, just bought it today. So, its not fair to judge by a single application. Basically, the key ingredient is Neem Leaf atau Daun Semambu which popular among the oldies. It can be used for bathing and cures skin related problem especially body acne, pimples and can be mixed with turmeric for glowing skin and cures infection(scaring). These are all offer by Himalaya Cleanser. Sound like multi-purpose cleanser kan? pharmacist siap guide can be used at V area too.. punya la bagus. Actually, I was looking for Cetaphil( da amek dah pun) and I bumped into one pharmacist n asked for body wash that cures body acne(I have this prob too :(( ). Then, she recommend me Himalaya product which offers all I listed above and excited mode; ON. Because of her promising explanation, I finally let go Cetaphil and decide to try Himalaya as it more cheaper and good for everything. What i can say is this product, claim to be soap free cleanser but after I tried, macam bersabun je... And after few hours, I noticed it doesn't control my oily skin much and there were few tiny pimples on my face. Hmm...maybe i should remains with Cetaphil and used Himalaya as my body wash instead.
Okay, there were three choices you can choose. I suggest you to use mild non soap facial cleanser and use tiny beads scrub 2-3 times weekly, consistently. Happy cleansing!
